BlueOne Mixed-Use Parking Facility Grand Opening

On November 5th, in Gyeongju City, South Korea, a grand opening ceremony was held for the BlueOne Mixed-Use Parking Garage. Our firm served as the Prime Architect.  This newly constructed facility contains 500 parking spaces that will easily accommodate people visiting the resort. Key features of this eye-catching structure include: rooftop wedding reception hall and restaurant, child day care and, state of the art conference rooms.

Through careful analysis and planning, our firm was able to develop a mixed-use parking facility that would not only catch the eyes of visitors and tourists, but generate numerous streams of revenue through this one of a kind people place.

We enjoyed working on this international project and we hope this will serve as a benchmark for future opportunities.
