Todd serves as Chief Executive Officer of THA Consulting, Inc. In his role as CEO, Todd is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company, as well as client relationships, business management, financial management, and overall corporate operations.
Todd has over 30 years of experience in the field of planning, engineering, and architecture. He specializes in the planning, design, and restoration of mixed-use parking structures. Todd's expertise is focused on parking planning and the functional designs of mixed-use parking structures for higher education, healthcare, as well as many other market sectors.

Janice is responsible for the firm’s financial management, including strategic financial planning, accounting system management, financial reporting and record-keeping. In addition, serving as CAO, she leads the Human Resources, Information Technology and Business Management departments. She and her staff seek to provide each employee with the resources they need to reach their full potential, both professionally and personally. Janice also serves as an officer for the Seoul National University Alumni Association.

Jim serves as President for THA Consulting. Prior to joining THA Consulting, Jim served as Senior Director of Real Estate and Economic Development for New Jersey Transit, the third-largest transit agency in the United States. In this position, Jim was responsible for the management of the agency’s real estate assets, property acquisitions, and sales, retail leasing, maximizing the revenue potential from these assets, undertaking transit-oriented development initiatives, and managing the agency’s 25,000 space commuter parking system. Jim has also served as Vice President of The New Brunswick Development Corporation, and Executive Director of the New Brunswick Parking Authority.

Mike regularly presents on his expertise with P3, project management, parking planning and design, and regional and national events.

Noli has more than 25 years of experience specializing in project management and design of parking and mixed-use structures. He is an expert in project management, structural engineering and restoration, leading the firm’s most complex projects. A recently elected Fellow by the American Society of Civil Engineers, he is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Concrete Institute, the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, Post-Tensioning Institute and the International Concrete Repair Institute.

He has more than 20 years of experience specializing as a structural engineer, and has extensive expertise with all kinds of structural systems including pre-cast, post-tensioned, filigree, cast-in-place reinforced concrete, and structural steel structures. Sun-Hee has worked on many complex parking and mixed-use projects, for clients including the University of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation.
